Does Rivals run inside my Discord?

Yes. Our Discord bot is the primary interface and runs inside your Discord server. We are not here to pull your community away. You host the event; we power the experience behind the scenes.

What does Rivals handle vs what do I do as the organiser?

You: bring players/teams, set format and rules, moderate the event, stream if desired. Rivals: registration, Discord routing, tournament creation, scheduling, fee configuration, match flow, Dota stats tracking, winner announcements, withdrawals.

How does Rivals make money?

For paid events we take a 10% platform fee from the prize pool. For free-to-play events there is no platform fee.

Can I charge my own organiser fee?

Yes. You can set an organiser fee anywhere from 0% to 30% of the prize pool after the 10% platform fee. We generally recommend keeping it low early so rewards stay high and you can run events frequently.
